One day, Thinh was leading a group of tourists to visit Hanoi, they stopped at Pho Thinh - An authentic Pho restaurant in Hanoi and they were lucky to talk to Mrs. Thinh, the owner, a woman have been making Pho for nearly 20 years.

The chef is happy to share his knowledge and expertise with T and the team. She explains the different types of meat and broth used in pho, as well as the different herbs and spices that give pho its unique flavor. She even gave them a behind-the-scenes tour of the kitchen, showing them how to simmer the broth for hours to achieve the perfect flavor.

T was delighted to have the opportunity to learn from such an experienced chef, and the visitors were mesmerized by the insights they gained in making this iconic Vietnamese dish. This South. From that day on, T was determined to visit the restaurant regularly and introduce other visitors to Hanoi's wonderful chef and pho.
