However, the path was far from smooth, as at 31, she faced the harsh reality of losing her entire wealth and shareholder rights. Undeterred by setbacks, she courageously rekindled her entrepreneurial spirit and founded AMZ Sport Club, which has since flourished into the success it is today.

During her entrepreneurial endeavors, Ms. Cham encountered various challenges, from navigating the complexities of the COVID-19 pandemic to dealing with issues that led to the potential loss of her fitness studio premises.

This strategic move not only retained staff but also ensured customer loyalty.

As she emphasized, "Motivation may help you do 100 things at a time, but discipline is what makes you do one thing 100 times."
